🌳 A Hardworking Man
Once upon a time, in a small village in India, there lived a poor woodcutter named Raju.
He worked very hard every day to earn money.
He would go to the forest, cut wood, and sell it in the market.
Even though he was poor, Raju was very honest.
💧 The Lost Axe
One day, Raju was cutting a tree near a river.
Suddenly, his axe slipped from his hand and fell into the water.
“Oh no!” Raju cried.
“My axe! How will I work now?”
He sat near the river and started to worry.

Suddenly, a shining figure appeared from the river.
It was a river god.
“Why are you so sad?” the god asked kindly.
