The Fox Gives Up
Finally, exhausted and frustrated, the fox realized he couldn’t reach the grapes no matter how hard he tried. To comfort himself, he muttered, “Those grapes are probably sour anyway. I don’t want them!”
With that, the fox walked away, leaving the grapes hanging high in the tree.
